Cape of Slipping ‘n’ Sliding

A bright yellow cape that always appears damp. While wearing the Cape of Slipping ‘n’ Sliding, you may move across liquid surfaces as though they were solid ground, similar to the spell Water Walk. Despite the contradictory name, wearing this makes you immune to slipping, sliding, or falling prone due to slippery surfaces such as ice.

Three times per day as a bonus action, you can conjure a 5-foot wide, 30-foot long yellow matte from your position to a direction of your choosing. When moving through this line you only expend 1 foot of movement for every 2 feet you move. Other creatures who move through it must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone.
