This ancient training device is imbued with magical energy after years of repeated motioning. When an adventurer clasps the Invisible Shake Weight of Strength in a free hand, they gain advantage on strength checks they perform, decided before the roll. This includes attack rolls if using a strength-based melee weapon that only requires one hand to wield.

The device can be used up to three times per day, any more than that and it’s a bit excessive…just like, go on a run or something, dude. While the Invisible Shake Weight of Strength does not make a lot of noise, the workout is so intense that most users let out an audible grunt when they have finished, which may alert those within hearing range of their position.
